If this is your first mail account, simply:

Select Mail
Select Y! Mail
Input your name, email address and password. You’re set!

If you already have a mail account and would like to add another:

Select Settings
Select the Mail option
Select Add Account
Select Y! Mail
Input your name, email address and password. You’re set!

How to sync Yahoo! Address Book with your iPhone:

Connect your iPhone to your computer. The Info tab in iTunes® should appear.
Click the Info tab in iTunes.
1. Mac users: Select Sync Address Book contacts.
2. PC users: Select Sync contacts from and then choose Yahoo! Address Book from the pop-up menu.
Select the groups you want to sync.
Mac users, select Sync Yahoo! Address Book contacts.
